（その出来事は、ある民を地獄へと）下げ、（ある民を天国へと）上げる。

وه پست کرنے والی اور بلند کرنے والی ہوگی.[1]

[1] پستی اور بلندی سے مطلب ذلت اور عزت ہے۔ یعنی اللہ کے اطاعت گزار بندوں کو یہ بلند اور نافرمانوں کو پست کرے گی، چاہےدنیا میں معاملہ اس کے برعکس ہو۔ اہل ایمان وہاں معزز و مکرم ہوں گےاور اہل کفر و عصیان ذلیل و خوار۔
